Just because we didn’t think we were busy enough, the opportunity arose to form our fledgling events and hire business on Aotea Great Barrier Island. We have a beautiful Marquee which sits gracefully on the lawn of Swanfork (or in a location of your choice). We also have limited event hosting supplies for hire. Our local knowledge is key and we look forward to helping you arrange an event on Aotea Great Barrier Island.

MARQUEE HIRE

The marquee is 10 x 15 metres with a 5m centre pole stud. It boasts a beautiful white carnival style roof with clear wall sides which can either be rolled up or down depending on your event and the weather. The marquee seats 80 guests comfortably and 100 for a standing event.

Available to hire on Aotea Great Barrier Island either at Swanfork or an alternative venue of your choice. Should you need assistance with set up and hiring hosting equipment we will be more than happy to help.

- White linen table cloths

- White linen table napkins

- Champagne flutes

- Cutlery

- Dinner and side plates

- Plastic champagne flutes
